Phoebe Lodge is approx. 600 metres from the CalMac ferry terminal. As you leave the pier go straight on towards two large white buildings, one on either side of the road. The one on the right is the hotel, with a small parking area opposite. The Island Lodges are immediately behind the hotel. Go through the metal gate. Phoebe Lodge is the fourth and final lodge in the row.
