Getting here

Ferry crossings to Colonsay usually start from Oban, a 2 hour drive from Glasgow or a scenic 3 hour train journey, also from Glasgow. On some days, the ferry leaves from Kennacraig. The crossing from Oban takes two and a quarter hours and is a beautiful one, passing from the mainland between the islands of Kerrera and Mull and then sailing south west past Seil, Luing, Scarba and Jura.

Full details of ferry timetables are available at: https://www.calmac.co.ukĀ

Phoebe Lodge is approx. 600 metres from the Colonsay CalMac ferry terminal. As you leave the pier go straight on up towards the hotel, on the right hand side of the road with a small parking area opposite. The Island Lodges are immediately behind the hotel and Phoebe Lodge is the fourth and final lodge in the row.
