Well-behaved dogs are welcome, on the condition that they are kept under proper control

There is, of course, no smoking allowed in the lodge

In summer the accommodation must usually be vacated by 10am for Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday departures and by 2pm on other departure days. In winter we ask you to vacate the lodge by 11am. This gives us time to change the linen and prepare for new arrivals

If you are arriving other than by the day's scheduled ferry service from Oban, for example via Kennacraig/Islay, by air or after staying elsewhere on Colonsay please check with us what time the lodge will be available

Phoebe Lodge is self-catering, which means that guests are responsible for leaving the property in the clean condition in which they would wish to find it, including completing all washing-up, removing any dog hair and emptying bins. A minimum additional charge of £50 will be made where extra cleaning is found to be necessary
