Reservations can be made at any time by email using the form below. Please state the date you wish to arrive and the number of nights you would like to stay, also any special requests, which we will try to accommodate.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the tariff is payable by 1st December or at the time of booking, whichever is later. The balance of payment is due one month before your arrival date. Payment may be made by BACS transfer or cheque.
Reservations become firm upon payment of the deposit and are liable to be paid in full in the event of cancellation. We will make every effort to re-sell cancelled accommodation and then refund you in full but please note that the later a cancellation is notified the more difficult this will be. We do urge all guests to consider taking out holiday insurance. There is no obligation to do this but please make a conscious decision either way as, if you decide not to purchase insurance, you will have agreed to carry the risk yourself.
